Booking and Support

Bookings are made in 4 simple stages:

Stage 1 – Contact Us
Telephone us on 01745 550326 or e-mail us using the link below to discuss details of your trip. Then we can give you ideas on costs, discuss a potential itinerary and answer any initial questions you may have.

Stage 2 – Provisional booking
It is important to note that at this stage no deposit is required. We will confirm the dates you wish to come to us and then hold your booking for an agreed length of time, usually four weeks. We can also provide documents including a PowerPoint presentation and a letter to share with parents outlining the details of your trip. We will also email booking forms, payment plans and insurance details.

Stage 3 – Making a firm booking
As soon as you have a good idea of numbers you will need to confirm your booking by completing and returning our booking form together with the required deposit. Payment can be made through a bank transfer or by cheque, direct from the school or via your local authority (LA). If you require anything further regarding risk assessment or completing the LA forms then please let us know as we are here to help. Deposits are non refundable (unless we get a booking of equal value as a replacement).

Stage 4 – The final step
The balance due will be invoiced to you 2 months prior to your visit and is payable 1 month in advance. Minor changes in party size are always possible at this stage.

Please note: Free staff places are given at a ratio of 1 to 8 to ensure a good level of care and supervision. If you wish to bring any more staff then this will incur a charge.
